Children and Family Life: plans and oversees events and activities
such as the annual church picnic for children (pre-school through 5th

Green Team: assists the church, congregation, and community to be
better stewards of God's earth by recycling, reusing, and reducing the
impact of our harmful use of our environment

Homeless Task Force: oversees periodic housing of homeless persons
at the church for the Self-help Interfaith Program (SHIP)

Lay Leadership: manages a slate of volunteer lay (non-ordained)
persons and about 100 - 150 work team members annually
and meets periodically to select replacements

Missions Commission: encourages support and education about
mission near and far and persons in mission. Supports such
outward-looking ministries as world missionaries, Third World Gifts
and Hand Arts, Heifer Project International, Bread for the World,
Southwest Community Center, United Methodist Committee of Relief
(UMCOR), and the Self-help Interfaith Program (SHIP). For details on

of the sound system for Sunday morning worship services and special
services or programs

and the personnel involved with regard to these staff positions.
